Re-opening In-store Dining

We are so happy to have the opportunity to serve guests inside our restaurant again! We would like to make you aware of some of the things we are doing to make sure all of our guests enjoy the safest environment we can reasonably provide.

First, if you or anyone in your group or family have symptoms of COVID-19, such as a fever, cough and shortness of breath, please do not use the dining room at this time – we ask that you leave and perhaps consider using our carry-out services today instead. 

Second, if you or anyone in your group are either 65 years or older, or have underlying conditions that may put you at extra risk, we want to remind you that the State of Indiana is recommending that you not visit dining rooms or other gathering facilities at this time.  Again, you are encouraged to use our fast and friendly curbside “Pizza Valet” carry-out service for now.

Third, please help us and your fellow guests today by practicing social distancing – putting at least 6 feet between you and other guest groups or staff whenever possible. Wash your hands, sanitize and keep your dining area as clean as possible. We have changed our ordering system, drink service, condiment availability and other service standards to help in this process.

We have always taken extra steps beyond those that are required to provide a safe and healthy environment. Now we are doing even more! Here are a few of the extra things we are doing:

  • Health and wellness checks with all employees at the start of every shift

  • Continuous use of gloves and masks

  • Frequent handwashing

  • Extra sanitizing using bleach water between each use of guest tables

  • A nightly 51-point deep sanitizing of touch surfaces throughout the restaurant using a hospital grade anti-viral sanitizing solution

  • Awareness of social distancing standards for guest contact whenever feasible

We have a more detailed 2-page health and safety plan that we use to inform all staff on current procedures. This plan outlines additional steps we have added to our normal protocols or which we believe deserve extra focus during this time of COVID-19 awareness.
