Summer brings its own flavors and there is no exception when it comes to pizza. Enjoy a variety of toppings through different slices of pizza, each paired with a wine selection from our bar lineup. It will be a relaxing evening with some great tips on pairing wines.

Pizza Margherita on Traditional Crust (Rosemary Infused Olive Oil, Tomato Slices, and Basil Leaves)

Course #2:

Greek Chicken Delighta on Traditional Thin Crust (Alfredo White Sauce, Grilled Chicken, Spinach, Artichoke Hearts, Black Olives, and Feta Top Cheese)

Course #3:

The Works on Deep Dish Sicilian Crust (Classic Red Sauce, Bacon, Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Green Peppers, White Mushroom, and White Onion)

Course #4:

Animal Farm on Deep Dish Sicilian Crust (Classic Red Sauce, Ground Beef, Ham, Pepperoni, Turkey Sausage, and Cheddar Top Cheese)

Course #5:

Cinnamon Sugar Sticks (with White Icing Dip)

Your host for the evening will be Ben Fronczek. As Catering & Special Events Manager, Ben is charge of booking and coordinating private parties in the Indy Metro Craft Pizza & Pub locations. He helps clients plan advance menus including bar options and brings 15 years of event experience that includes organizing and presenting at wine and beer tasting events. An avid home cook and entertainer, Ben enjoys pairing wine to match different flavor profiles and brings this knowledge and enthusiasm to his various presentations of food and wine pairings at the Noble Roman’s Craft Pizza & Pub.
